What features are included in LR BitBull? ▼
LR BitBull includes LR/bilty PDF generation, auto LR numbering, multi-invoice and multi-consignee forms, WhatsApp LR sharing, vehicle QR codes for drivers, POD upload and tracking, operations dashboard, LR tracking with Excel export, company/branch/consignor/consignee master data, fleet vehicles and drivers, role-based access, booking clerk signatures on PDFs, and a full audit trail.
Can drivers access LRs without logging in? ▼
Yes. Drivers do not need accounts. You can share LRs via PDF download, WhatsApp links, or vehicle QR codes — so field staff can view trip details without app installation or login.
Does LR BitBull work on mobile phones? ▼
Yes. The platform is fully responsive on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers. Staff can capture POD photos from a mobile camera, use the touch signature pad for LR PDFs, and drivers can scan vehicle QR codes from their phone.
What is included in the Free Forever plan? ▼
The Free Forever plan costs ₹0 and includes 60 LRs per month, 1 company, 1 branch, up to 10 vehicles and 20 drivers, unlimited users, and all core features (PDF generation, POD upload, WhatsApp sharing, vehicle QR, Excel reports, and role-based access). No credit card is required to sign up.
What are the Starter and Enterprise plan limits? ▼
Starter (₹999/month or ₹7,999/year) includes 500 LRs per month with unlimited companies, branches, vehicles, and drivers. Enterprise (₹2,500/month or ₹24,999/year) includes 2,000 LRs per month with the same unlimited master data. Both paid plans include priority support.
How much do I save on yearly billing? ▼
Starter yearly billing at ₹7,999 saves ₹3,989 (33%) compared to paying monthly. Enterprise yearly billing at ₹24,999 saves ₹5,001 (17%) compared to monthly. Yearly plans are billed once per year.
Is there a free trial before paying? ▼
Yes. The Free Forever plan lets you use the software with 60 LRs per month and full core features so you can evaluate the product before upgrading to Starter or Enterprise.
Do you offer refunds on paid plans? ▼
No. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable because a free plan is available to try the software first. You may cancel anytime to stop future renewals; see our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I get a custom plan for more than 2,000 LRs per month? ▼
