Important Notice — No Refunds
All payments for paid subscription plans on LR BitBull are non-refundable. By subscribing to a Starter or Enterprise plan, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Policy Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for LR BitBull, operated by Bitbull Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Due to the nature of our SaaS service and the availability of a free plan, we do not offer refunds on any paid subscription fees.
2. Free Plan to Evaluate Before You Pay
We provide a Free Forever plan so you can fully evaluate our software and services before committing to a paid subscription. The free plan includes:
- 60 LRs per month
- Access to core features including PDF generation, POD upload, WhatsApp sharing, and reports
- No credit card required to get started
We encourage all customers to use the free plan to assess whether LR BitBull meets their business needs before upgrading to Starter or Enterprise.
3. Paid Subscriptions — No Refunds
Once a paid subscription fee is charged, it is final and non-refundable. This includes:
- Monthly subscription payments (Starter ₹999/month, Enterprise ₹2,500/month)
- Annual subscription payments (Starter ₹7,999/year, Enterprise ₹24,999/year)
- Partial billing periods — no pro-rata refunds for unused days or months
- Plan upgrades or downgrades — price differences are not refunded
- Custom Enterprise plans arranged outside standard pricing
4. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
- Free evaluation available — you can test the full product on the free plan before paying
- Immediate service delivery — paid plans activate instantly with increased limits and features
- Cloud infrastructure costs — resources are allocated as soon as your plan is active
- Fair pricing — our plans are priced affordably with transparent limits published upfront
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free Forever plan limits at the end of the paid period, or immediately if otherwise specified at cancellation.
6. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge or incorrect amount), contact us within 7 days at contact@bitbulltech.com. Verified billing errors will be corrected; this is not a general refund policy exception.
7. Service Issues
If you experience a service disruption, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve issues promptly but service interruptions do not qualify for refunds. Extended outages may be addressed with account credits at our sole discretion.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks with supporting evidence of service delivery.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. The policy in effect at the time of your payment applies to that transaction.
