2. Service Description

LR BitBull is a cloud-based SaaS platform that enables transport and logistics businesses to:

• Create and manage Lorry Receipts (LRs) with PDF generation
• Share LRs with drivers via WhatsApp links or vehicle QR codes
• Track delivery status and upload Proof of Delivery (POD)
• Manage companies, branches, consignors, consignees, vehicles, drivers, and users
• Generate operational reports and maintain audit logs

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or security breach
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free-tier account for the same business without our consent

4. Subscription Plans & Usage Limits

We offer Free Forever, Starter, and Enterprise subscription plans with different usage limits as described on our Pricing page. Plan limits include monthly LR counts, company/branch limits, and vehicle/driver caps on the free plan.

We reserve the right to modify plan features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice. Existing paid subscribers will be notified before changes take effect on their current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent shipment or business data
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or system components
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense the service without written permission
• Upload malware, harmful code, or content that infringes third-party rights

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of data you enter into the platform. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process all data, including consignee and driver information.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Bitbull Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during your subscription term.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases; data export may be available upon request before account closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
